We love KidStrong! My son has grown so much in his confidence, his independence, and his strength in just a short amount of time. If a friend asks on social media where a good place is to sign their kiddo up for extracurriculars, I make sure I mention KidStrong and all of the amazing things you guys do to help kids in so many different areas of life. It’s definitely not “just another PE class” like I first thought. We use “I am strong, I am brave, I can do this!” not just in class, but in every facet of life, because he responds so well to it! He even uses it to motivate himself, and he is just three years old!

They are very friendly and super patient with the kids and I love how they engage and encourage each kid while requiring and showing respect.

Jeremiah absolutely loves coming to class. Even when he was sick he wanted to come so badly. That in itself speaks volumes for how much I appreciate what Kidstrong does for supporting his mental health and building his social skills. Thanks for everything!

Ou kids thoroughly enjoy participating in all the activities each week and look forward to seeing what each week has them doing.

My grandson has been attending for almost 5 years and still loves going! Great interaction with other kids, good social skills training and fun competitions.

KidStrong has been a great program for our son. You can tell how much the coaches care about the kids and how they put their hearts into each activity. It’s great knowing we have a positive outlet to turn to each week.

Kayla has shown so much growth since she started at Kidstrong. She is more confident and has better coordination and balance. The coaches are also great, enjoy working with the kids and make sure everyone is having fun no matter there ability.

My son looks forward to going every weekend and asks to go on an almost daily basis! He loves participating and I can see a difference in his confidence and social skills I highly recommend and have recommended to friends and family

Coaches were extremely patient with my kids who had come for the first time and kept the energy high while also giving good direction and keeping the kids involved.
