We really enjoyed classes with coach Ash. The programs changed each week and our kids had a good time.

Great coaches and a great program to help kids be their best. Coach Garrett and Coach Bryce are very good at what they do and always keep the kids engaged.

Kidstrong had been really fun for both my kids (age 10 & 6) they have developed more confidence in themselves and actually take themselves less seriously which was something I didn’t know they needed.
