We’ve been going for about 3 months now and seen a huge improvement in our daughter! She is learning patience, strength, and more social skills! So glad we started coming here!

KidStrong has been an amazing experience all the way from setting up a free class to making a 6 month commitment. Being able to communicate by phone or text is great. The coaches are all so amazing with the kids. The weekly classes have made such a positive impact in Jensen’s confidence and physical strength. In his first class he was unable to do a complete pull up and at his 8th class he was able to do a solid pull up. He is so proud of himself and is learning to keep on trying. He is Strong! He is Brave! He can Do This! Same as all the other youth that experience KidStrong classes.

It really helps kids to learn how to take turns, work as a team, builds social skills and problem solving using real life situations, recognizing patterns. My granddaughter loves it.

My son has gained so much confidence and it’s so good having him do the class on his own!

My son has a structured way to get his energy out and related it to positive social and emotional skills

We love the atmosphere for the kids. It gives Micah a safe space to try new things. As a child with epilepsy and only having been cleared to do physical activities about 8 months ago, he’s doing really well developing strength. He has gained confidence and is braving trying new things in other avenues of life as a result too!

My 2 year old daughter loves kidstrong! She talks about it all the time and after only a couple visits I could see the difference in her confidence in her physical capabilities.

We like the exercise aspect it gives our son. It gives him a variety of things to do and a safe fun place to do them.
