We love the foundations that KidStrong provides our two year old - working on both physical and cognitive skills during the 45 min session, the coaches were engaged and were able to redirect an excited group of 2-3 year olds to follow instructions into the next activity seamlessly. We were blown away by how our daughter opened up throughout the session - she began the class sticking by mom’s side and being shy, but quickly started engaging with the class with the coaches encouragement. I also love that programming changes each week to keep both the kids and parents engaged and excited for the next classes challenge. She is already asking to go back! Looking forward to our next class! 💪🏼

Since we became parents we knew we wanted a space just like this for our daughter. With exercises involving physical development , confidence, and listening skills. We were so lucky to know you guys were coming to West MI!

We have only had one class but so far so good. My kiddos had some trouble in the beginning with just being shy and not wanting to do it but opened up quickly!

We are just starting with the program but everything about it leading to the first class has been easy and accessible. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just from first class I see how my daughter will improve and have fun.
