We have only made it to one class so fair but it already made such and impact on my daughter! She has not stopped talking about it and has been pushing herself to be brave and strong!!

KidStrong takes an approach of developing kids more than just physically, with social and mental aspects built in to make kids go. “They become strong, they become brave, and they can do it!” IYKYK

I love the level of structure, the encouragement for kids to always keep doing their best, and the efficiency. They are not wasting time during transitions! It's an action-packed 45 minutes and really feels worth our time.

The team and coaches were so helpful and inspiring. My kid was in love from the start of class and already can’t wait to go back.

My son came home after the first class and said, "Mommy, I am brave!!!" Wow. That meant so much to him.

My son wanted me to cancel the membership before even trying it. He tried it and had asked to go back everyday since Monday.

My son had a fantastic experience and the coaches handled unruly children around him very well. I love that it pushes the kids to compete and do their best and it’s building confidence. And tires them out before bed! :)

Harvey had a great first class. He was in the back with a smaller group and that really helped him ease in. I love how rounded the class is and all the areas it covers.

Both Oliver and Kennedi enjoyed their first class immensely. The coaches were a really good blend of encouraging and corralling (especially for the four year olds). It was really great all around!
