Our little guy is a bit to young. May need to reconsider the minimum age

KidStrong gets JJ up and moving. He really enjoys letting out all of his energy. I love that it challenges him to get out of his comfort zone and learn important social skills and confidence. I have already recommended KidStrong to friends and am considering signing my daughter up as well.

My grandchildren loved their classes. Coaches interacted well with the kids and made it fun. Staff is friendly and helpful! My only negative is the web page is not user friendly.

My twins absolutely loved Kidstrong, at first they were reluctant but they warmed up fast. And they even went the instructors on their own. That’s very uncommon for them.

It provides a safe space for kids to gain confidence and build their physical endurance. No judgement zone- just fun and encouragement whatever level the kid might be.
