I really enjoyed the free trial we did at KidStrong Great Bridge because it was very organized and the coaches were very interactive with the kids. I really enjoyed the applicable learning activities in between the physical activities as well. My daughter really enjoyed all of it and I felt like we got so much out of it in just the 45 minutes we had with them.

The Coaches are everything! They always bring energy to every class. There have been a few classes that have been booked solid but they are able to give attention to each child with patience and still switch back to the high energy it takes to run the class. My son is shy and I can tell little by little he's growing more confidence in himself and what he can do.

I thought it was a very energetic and super positive place for kids. They had great lessons in a fun way that can really help kids. Only thing I would say is clean or quickly disinfect heavily used mats or equipment after each class.

My family loves kid strong. I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my 6 year old daughter's confidence. My 2 year old is learning self control with excitement and how to follow directions. I like that there is racial diversity amongst the kids and the coaches. I do wish the app tracked progress but it's easy to book and cancel classes should you need to reschedule.

I’ve had such a great experience talking with the staff and working out questions I’ve had or confusion on how the app and scheduling work. The coaches seem to really enjoy their work and build all the kids up while holding them accountable. My kids really really enjoy coming. I like that the program builds up the kiddo not just physically but in confidence, mentally, emotionally, and in character and life skills like greeting someone with eye contact and a firm handshake.
