It was our first time and it was a great experience! My son and I had so much fun! They were attentive, nice and very active with the kids! No kid went unnoticed me and my son will be back for good very soon

Coach Ben does such an awesome job of being encouraging and patient. Everyone is very welcoming at the center. The programming has gone beyond expectations and I really appreciate the different life skills and learning it incorporates.

We had a great trial class, left with a membership, looking forward to the weekly experiences for my son. The staff was fantastic, the coaches are a breath of fresh air, full of life and vibrancy. Thank you for this positive opportunity for the youth of our city 🙌

My kid loves her “Green Gym” and begs to go even on the days she’s not scheduled.

KidStrong doesn't just focus on burning off energy; they structure every 45-minute class around three specific "pillars": • Strong Body: Developing motor skills, balance, and "ninja-style" agility. • Strong Mind: Incorporating "Brain Boosts" like puzzles and memory games in the middle of physical circuits. • Strong Character: This is what parents often cite as the biggest win. Kids practice eye contact, firm handshakes, and public speaking (like introducing themselves to the group)

Everything is great only thing I think could improve is the use of 3 or more coaches when the class is large or allow more time to run the obstacle courses.
