Kids strong is exactly the place we have been looking for! Our 7 year old, has always been an active child but he has always been shy with organized sports, and we were struggling to find something he really enjoyed. He loves being in the gym with us, and understands the importance of fitness so we felt kids Strong would be the perfect environment for that! It challenges him while building confidence and empowerment. They really encourage team work as well as problem solving skills. These are important foundational skills, that in my opinion will help shape him into a well rounded, confident person. And the best part, he has so much fun and can’t wait until his next class!

The staff was very friendly and made sure everyone’s names were remembered and made sure the kids felt confident in what they were doing.

We love Kidstrong! My son has the best time getting his energy out, exercising and becoming stronger, and meeting new people and getting more confident. The coaches are great!

The coaches are great with the kids and they enjoy their job.

She loves KidStrong! We normally have her in ballet, tap, and jazz but she tends to get bored. Each week it is somwthing new and it keeps her focused. This is a good thing.

Our daughter is loving the class and we have seen such great improvement in her communication since starting. We’ve told all our friends and family how amazing it is!
