I Rate KidStrong Hamden highly because the coaching staff are polite & patient with the students. Classes are also usually a good size and kids aren’t overlooked

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and positive. My daughter had an amazing time and seemed to do really well with the instructors.

We absolutely love the KidStrong program! It keeps my child engaged while helping him grow physically, socially, and emotionally. We had tried karate and other activities before, but nothing seemed to be the right fit—until KidStrong. The coaches really know how to channel kids’ energy in a positive way, and the program gives my child a chance to move, learn, and build confidence at the same time. If your child is energetic and loves to play, KidStrong is the perfect place to turn that energy into growth and success. We’re so grateful to have found this program!

I love the thoughtfulness of the programming. And the way that the coaches get to know and interact with the kids. It's an expense and a sacrifice for us, but I see how it aids my son and growing his confidence physically, emotionally and socially. It's worth the investment for my family.

The facility was visually appealing and the staff was very welcoming and professional. Mila seemed receptive to the activities. Looking forward to the next class.

The program is exactly what kids need. Physical activity, functional movement challenges, social skill challenges, and motivation/confidence building.
