Amazing experience from day one. Friendly staff that you can tell really enjoy helping children develop in more aspects than just being able to complete the exercises. 10/10

We have only gone to one class so far and my son was excited about returning. It was clear he felt affirmed, he had opportunities to excel and try new things. He is also a high energy kid and the class was highly energy. Also, as parents we were also involved, we played tug-of-war with our kids which was nice.

The coaches, program and facilities is absolutely amazing!! Henry is loving it and we truly appreciate the staff who always bring the energy every week. The app unfortunately is terrible and doesn't appear to be synced to our membership and is full of bugs.

My son has shown an increased in confidence and physical abilities since starting KidStrong! He has been in physical therapy for several years and I’ve been happy to see him applying the skills learned in PT at KidStrong! I feel it is an added benefit to his progress.

It helps them communicate better. It makes them more active and stronger. It helps them be a better them.

It’s clean, efficient, it is safe (no damaged equipment laying around or being used), most importantly the environment is centered on consistent and frequent positivity from all.

I rate KidStrong -Hamden highly because it’s a great program! My son looks forward to class every week. The coaches are very nice, kind, and energetic. The classes are always fun, engaging, and different, which keeps my son excited to go back

Its been a hasle to find a place where my daughter felt comfortable and did left wanting to do more. She asked me to go back today!

Our kids (3 and 5 1/2) both loved their first class and said they want to come back everyday. Enough said?

Rate a 10! Pricey, will wait till winter to enjoy the classes.
