Love kids strong my daughter has adhd and this class helps her get the movement she craves while showing her tha she is strong and capable of doing things she puts her mind to. EXCELLENT COACHES!!!!! COACH Q!!!!! And COACH DANI AND YESSENIA all are amazing

I had just signed my grandson up for a trial class and he loved it! The coaches were great. I was very impressed with the other children who have been going there for awhile in their confidence. Hopefully I will be able to fit this into my work schedule.
