In our short time at KidStrong Hamden we have found the team to be very responsive and collaborative.

I am so impressed with how much is accomplished in 45 minutes. The coaches really get to know each child and their strengths and weaknesses. The excitement the children have when they arrive iis amazing. So much growth has been seen and most of all the confidence in trying new things. A welcome alternative to tablets and I pads.

I love how life skills such as respect, shaking hands, public speaking, etc are Incorporated into the classes. Those are skills that are lacking this day & age & I think k they are important to teach in a fun way.

My daughter loves Kidstrong! It teaches positive lessons and physical fitness. Every coach is excellent! The staff is always helpful and flexible. The classes are frequent and easy to change. It's a wonderful environment that engages parents too! The levels are a big motivator for her. We are so glad we signed up.

It offers a great environment for kids to develop confidence, strength, team work and discipline.

I originally took my first class at a different location, but this branch was much more welcoming and kind. I’ve been attending since the Hamden location first opened, and from the beginning, the coaches and staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful.They consistently provided clear guidance without ever showing any inconvenience, even when there were schedule changes. Most importantly, they really supported my child in adjusting comfortably, which meant a lot to me.

My child has a great time and looks forward to coming every week.

The coaches are amazing, positive and fun! My child has a smile on her face the whole session.

Love everything but would appreciated the ability to roll over one credit from month to month, sometimes cancellations have to happen at the last minute due to illness and there might not be another class available to take before the end of the month

Everything’s great there. I love the coach’s and the way they communicate with the kids and the classes are very flexible.
