It is good exercise for the kids and helps build positive character. My daughter has a lot of fun and gets her energy out. I like the flexibility of the classes and the staff is amazing!

My son came to me half way through his first class and asked me to sign him up for another. He typically gets bored at some point during any class he’s taken, but this kept him engaged and excited the whole time. He was talking about it for days after. Can’t wait for the next one!
