Kids and parents are involved and staff is soo encouraging allowing your child to feel that is ok to make a mistake and try again. Affirmations and mental/physical strength core teachings were amazing

The coaches kept my son engaged and the spectators informed. Great community to help build confidence in young children.

The stuff is so friendly and welcoming. The program is so unique and different than any other program, I like how it’s scientifically based to improves kids personality and skills. We enjoyed our first class and looking forward to next classes

My daughter went once and we signed up right away! She loved it. The coaches are fun and energetic and they incorporate exercise throughout the lesson. You can see right away how they build their confidence. My daughter came out beaming. This program is great!

It is not easy for a family with three neurodivergent children to find an activity that works not for one, not for two, but all three of them and it seems like we have hit the jackpot. We are so grateful for our first experience and we hope the confidence and enthusiasm our children share about this program continue!

I love everything about the program! I have seen Ray become more confident, every week trying something new or that made him nervous before! My one wish is that there was a better class cap. There are some weeks with 13, 14 kids and their parent and the gym floor is way too crowded. everyone is struggling to not trip on each other or the kids. A 10 kid cap for the parent participation classes seems like it would be ideal. Perhaps the older classes without the parents, can have more kids, but it can be chaos in the parent classes with so many children.
