They are very organized and clean. They make all the children feel comfortable and included. The facility is well maintained and they use the space well.

Because kidstrong hamden has given my son an outlet to work out and get stronger at his pace without making him feel like less if he isnt fully capable of completing certain exercises. He Always feels like part of the group and the coaches are great at explaining one on one if he is uncertain of how to do a certain exercise.

My daughter was smiling the entire trial class and can’t wait for her future classes. She enjoyed the structure of the program, it was so nice to see her so happy!

My grandson is autistic he has made such great progress more confident, the coaches inclusiveness for him. They don't focus on his differences and he has limitations they bring his strengths that decreases any limitations. He has met all his metrics in school exceeding expectations. Teacher asked my daughter what his extracurricular activities are. She told her about his participation at KidStrong. It's definitely helping in all aspects of his life while making him stronger and more confident.

Kidstrong is very amazing program. All coaches do is absolutely incredible and beneficial for kids and their future.
