It’s a wonderful program for kids. The early development for agility and focus is so crucial. The coaches do an amazing job engaging, encouraging and correcting. We love Kidstrong and recommend it

Excellent program for kids

I really like the staff and the experience and my kids love attending.

Great positive motivation given to the kids. I would say my son said last class was too easy. Maybe just the moves in this one but some classes could have challenges for the ones who are competent with the exercise? Overall have loved the classes and the coaching is the best. Have loved all of the coaches!

Great program and coaches

I like that they made the interaction fun and while they were other kids that would cry or not understand what to do. They just kind of let The Children adapt on their own and they were very nice.

Helped my kid develop physically

I don’t know how they do it, but they somehow manage to find THE BEST coaches. They’re all so patient and so good with the kids. They have fun and keep the class moving at the same time. We just love our kidstrong days!
