The format is fantastic. We love the structure for the kids and the coaches are great.

KidStrong has been absolutely incredible for our son, Asa. He genuinely looks forward to every class and leaves feeling proud and confident. We’ve seen such amazing growth in his strength, coordination, and especially his confidence since starting.

Each class is well organized and sets goals for each kid to achieve. I've seen growth and development with my kid since starting kids strong!

Everyone is friendly. Easy to communicate if needing to change a class time. The coaches are all very patient and encouraging to the children. They work on so many skills in such a short time and it holds th kids interest.

My daughter and I absolutely love this program. It's so inspirational even for me as a parent just watching.My daughter uses the "I am strong, I am brave, I can do this" affirmation daily and never skips a beat when she sees an opportunity to encourage another kid using this affirmation.It is so enduring the way the coaches interact with the kids and encourage them.These couches have such incredible patients with the kids.Hands down best program out there!
