My kid had a good time and he wants to go back and participate. It has been tough finding something he is interested in.

Nox and I have only been to 1 class so far (our trial class), but as someone who is super active in weight training, MMA, soccer, and military PT, I am extremely excited to get Nox to attend these classes and build his confidence, social skills, strength, and overall health. The location is convenient in a great area and the staff and cleanliness was great from what we seen on day 1.
