The process for getting in and signing up was very effortless. The staff was all super welcoming and high energy, the coaches were phenomenal with handling the room with so many kids. It was really endearing to see that they knew every kid's name and even parents names, I know that they deal with a lot of people. You could tell the coaches enjoy what they do.My daughter felt like she belonged immediately.
