Kidstrong jas been great for my kids. The coaches are very enthusiastic and keep the kids engaged. The lessons are age appropriate and helpful.

It is stricter in a very educated way. You know the activities the kids are doing have evidence to support their development. My son also loves it!

Kid strong has been a great addition to building my son’s confidence and also practicing his working skills with other kids. It teaches him to become more independent and gets his motor skills going. The coaches are always so attentive & caring towards my son making the transition smooth when he’s having an off day. They never fail to always be there to lend a hand & are always so welcoming!

I really think the coaches are excellent!! Exercising in a fun way is a great way to get in the habit of taking care of body, mind, and soul, and the coaches definitely make all the difference.
