We felt welcomed. Staff where super nice understanding my sons first experience with the class. They let me know it’s not just physical but it’s mental as well. Everyone was really understanding and accepting. After class I liked how they also made it personal and talked about the experience and what we can do next steps. Very clean and safe for my child’s age group.

Great for my son's confidence

I love the variety in the classes. We have been at KidStrong for over a year now and never once has my child been bored. The coaches have a great rapport with the students and make the environment safe and fun. I am so grateful we found KidStrong! I have seen my child’s confidence grow as well as his skill and coordination.

My son enjoyed his class. The class is nicely structured and both parents and children were engaged. I like that it is fun, challenging and so encouraging for everyone.

The staff is so friendly , quick to respond to any/ all questions, and very informative!

We love the classes and coaches so much. It does get overwhelming at times for the younger kids like Alessio and his age group, but overall it is a great experience.

I love the combination of physical exercise, confidence building, and teaching the kids both team work and working on their own. I especially love how they celebrate the wins and help kids to deal with the losses.Bring back the level ups!

My 10yo jumped right in and felt comfortable in the class. She got a good workout in and really enjoyed herself. She asked immediately if she could join!

It immediately engaged my child, much quicker than a team sport at his age (2yo)
