We love KidStrong! Since the first class, we seen our daughter become more confident. We also seen an improvement in sharing and wanting to do “team work” activities around the house. It’s pretty cool to see how she blossomed!

I like that the coaches are super interactive with kids and keep them engaged throughout the class. The class structure itself is something which I love the most. It’s not just physical strength which is improving, it’s also the mental ability.

I rate kids strong a solid 10 very nice people, I like the activities. The only thing I’ll would add is like levels, for kids and parents that wants their kids to put a bit more efforts a list level 1 and level 2, level 2 for kids with more skills , more competitive I don’t know maybe is just an idea.

Coaches are GREAT with the kids. They keep the kids on task and motivated as well as notice when a student needs a break. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the henderson location
