My kids confidence is growing every time he shows up to participate in KidStrong. He's not only getting stronger and more aware of his body, he is practicing public speaking and teamwork in the process. Love that for him.

I just saw how my child did get acquainted with the staff within the first 10 minutes or so, & I did like the flow of the class when we did go to each set. They gave out information and education for my child, I appreciated that and they were very encouraging for my child to complete each set. We had fun & I think that’s the part that counts the most.
