Coaches are very helpful and take their time helping individually to better the child’s skills.

High energy and detail oriented class for kids!

My son loves going and that's the absolute most important thing to me. He's safe, has fun, and looks forward to going each week.

Coaches are supportive and encouraging. Parents are celebrated for supporting their kids. I wish they had more classes for the older age groups 8-11.

Because it helps my autistic son focus with positive energy, exercise and fun!So far I have recommended it to two of his therapist and they both have joined KidStrong and are very impressed.

It’s been a great community for our son and most coaches love the job they are doing you see it. I would say when the kids transition from parent lead classes to the next level there should be 3 coaches on mat. Class size are big and it would be helpful for there to be extra hands.
