Very pleased with Kidstrong motivating both my kids to want to be stronger in all aspects. My daughter fell last week holding a tire during a race. She has two girl coaches who handled it so well and made her excited to still come next week afterwards.

I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. For me it had the perfect blend of structure, movement and empowerment. We have tried things like taekwondo and gymnastics and this is just a more well rounded offering that I can see my kids developing and improving helpful and applicable skills through. Our son lives kid strong! It gives him a perfect place to get his sillies out, make new friends, and gain confidence. He’s already gotten so much braver in the playground since he started, and he’s only done 5-6 classes so far.
