My kid really enjoys the classes, especially the classes with Coach Alexis. She is always so energetic, makes the classes well organized and fun.My only complaint, not to the coach but the design of the classes is that sometimes the instructions are not super clear, like how many throws of bean bags each kid each time, how to corporate with other kids when the class is designed for 4 kids in a team but in reality only 3 kids, etc. Sometimes the confusion might disappoint kids when they think it’s their turn but it’s not. I know it’s hard for the coaches to make everything perfect, and parents are helping as much as they can. Just an observation.

I was honestly skeptical about your slogan “KidStrong helps kids build confidence.” (But I’m a researcher/huge skeptic) Over and over, my son shows pieces of confidence he learned from KidStrong. So I’m a huge KidStrong believer. I also LOVE that you guys teach kids real life skills like ordering at restaurants. You guys should open a full blown preschool.

Age appropriate program that helps kids visibly improve confidence in sports. Could use some more emphasis on making sure kids use the correct technique, but overall a very positive experience

KidStrong Issaquah offers a high-energy, good environment where kids can build physical strength and social confidence simultaneously. The program is widely praised for its enthusiastic coaches who keep children engaged through challenging, age-appropriate milestones. Parents value the focus on character development and the measurable progress kids make in their motor skills and independence.
