Zariyah had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back, I'm just trying to finalize all of our extra activites and their schedules before committing. I loved that she felt comfortable and brave enough to introduce herself to the coaches. They were all very warm and welcoming and did a very good job at boosting the kids up. She got nervous when she received her award, but I'm still proud that she got up there in front of everyone.

It is so different from just a regular gym class. There are many components to it. It’s also really fun!

Kidstrong helped my kid to be confident, independent, socialise bteer than before. She used to be like a kid who feel shy to talk and explain herself but now she says her name loudly whenever anyone ask her name. Perform independly in the class and outside as well. Everyone in the family noticed remarkable changes in Arzoe’s personality and we are so proud of her and thankful to kidstrong.

The coaches are awesome, the classes are great. Occasionally the classes feel a bit too full, but I suspect that would be better if more parents put effort into making sure their kids listened instead of letting them run around, ignoring the coaches and being so loud the rest of us can hardly hear the course instructions. Not a KidStrong issue per se but it definitely detracts from the enjoyment sometimes.

My kid really enjoys the classes, especially the classes with Coach Alexis. She is always so energetic, makes the classes well organized and fun.My only complaint, not to the coach but the design of the classes is that sometimes the instructions are not super clear, like how many throws of bean bags each kid each time, how to corporate with other kids when the class is designed for 4 kids in a team but in reality only 3 kids, etc. Sometimes the confusion might disappoint kids when they think it’s their turn but it’s not. I know it’s hard for the coaches to make everything perfect, and parents are helping as much as they can. Just an observation.

Amazing classes that teach skills that other classes don’t, really easy to use app, Parents night out, and camps. We love KidStrong!
