Coaches are great at getting on the same level with the kids. They are good at matching the energy of the kids and keeping focus in the gym. They are great leaders and encouragers.

The facility was so clean. The staff was friendly and explained everything with excitement. I also appreciated the ease of rescheduling.

KidStrong has been amazing for our child! The coaches are so positive and encouraging, and we’ve seen a huge boost in confidence, focus, and independence. Each class is fun, structured, and full of great energy. We’re so grateful for the impact KidStrong has had — it’s truly more than just a fitness program!

Because Ashton, my grandson loves going to KidsStrong he looks forward to it. He gets interaction with other kids and everyone is equal when they’re out there working out trying hard to compete against one another so I do love the concept and I love this location. Thank you for the opportunity and thanks to all the coaches that have a part and making this a successful activity for my grandson

It meant everything to get our son to interact with other kids his age. He is only 17 months and he caught on very fast and enjoyed it so much, we now are members of the establishment. Thanks coach and thanks Kidstrong for helping us give our son the beginning fundamentals of life.
