The programming is great and well structure

I thought the coaches were great with the kids. They were warm and I was surprised they were able to remember AND pronounce all the kids names. They were firm when they needed to be. The gym was clean & odorless. Overall, the class was great. My son enjoyed it so much that he immediately told me he wanted to come back as soon as he got off the class floor.

This is a great program to encourage healthy habits starting at a young age. The classes include a ton of heavy work, which is great for kids, structured in a fun and engaging way.
