More class options for our age group. Stop price increases. It’s a slap in the face for members who were there for a while. Also the 6 month commitment is complete bs. That’s an insanely long commitment for young kids.

The Coach and the program structure are really well organized and well executed Kids Strong is an excellent program. The coach is highly professional, patient, and motivating, creating a positive and supportive environment for every child. The program structure is well planned, age-appropriate, and balanced, focusing on strength, coordination, confidence, and discipline. Each session flows smoothly with clear warm-ups, activities, and skill-building exercises. Execution is consistently strong—classes are energetic, organized, and engaging. My child looks forward to every session, and we have seen noticeable improvement both physically and mentally.
