It kept my son so engaged and moving for almost an hour

Kidstrong has done amazing things to help my daughter! I refer a lot of parents to KS to help with kids confidence and physical activity because of what we see coming from this program! The App is not easy to navigate and work the best often have issues rescheduling or booking classes, but the staff is always helpful in person!

My son came into his first class so shy and nervous. He cried for 20 minutes afraid. The coaches showed patience and kindness toward him. Eventually, they got him to participate and he had the best time. We look forward to many more classes ahead and my boy growing in his confidence.

It’s a great opportunity to help develop the kids. There’s not much in our area for kids their age. The classes are set up for development each week which help us take the guess work out of doing the best for our kids development.

They are so welcoming and make us feel like family. We aren't just clients to them, they care about my child and our family. Everyone is just so friendly

I love how there’s never down time. The children are always doing something. This minimizes the chances of them getting bored ! I also love how the coaches keep things super simple for children to understand without over complicating explanations (for the 3-4 year old group)

The program is well structured, and children remain engaged through entire class. It’s challenging but fun. Lauryn’s skills improve every week.
