Kidstrong has been a great way to get my 3 year olds energy out. The coaches do a great job and we love it!

We love kid strong!! The coaches are amazing and the programming is fun and rigorous. Our only child has really come out of his shell and his social skills have drastically improved!

My daughter has social anxiety, and Coach Dylan was very welcoming and made her very comfortable. She was able to interact with the other kids without feeling overwhelmed, everyone was very welcoming and supportive. She didn’t feel like the “new girl”, she was made to feel part of the team, although it was just her first class.

My son loves going each week, and the staff are very friendly, informative, and easy to communicate with, and I can see a difference already in him after attending a couple months of classes.

My kid loves it. Classes stay running on time stand and stop times. Facilities are clean

It’s a positive environment that lets kids get out all the pent up wiggles from the day. Coaches love making the kids feel special but work really hard to make it an environment for everyone to feel their best in!
