Kid Strong is awesome for kids and the entire family, the coaches are great and are all very encouraging. Its great to watch the kids achieve their individual goals and have fun while learning all kinds of new skills such and communication, listening taking turns. Very clean and positive environment. Anytime the kids have a hard time with a skill/exercise they help encourage modify and talk them through each step of the way. I love Love LOVE how they get down to eye level and talk to my children when things get rough and help them process fear, anxiety, embarrassing moments they may had to get through class. I love ALL the coaches for getting to know each child and help them excel. Thank you so much for creating a safe fun environment to be strong and brave!

Our girls look forward to it every week and enjoy every minute of it! The whole experience is so much fun! We love the coaches too.

My son had a great experience. He loves physical fitness and exercises for strength. The coaches kept the kids engaged and feeling accomplished.

The instructors are great, very friendly staff, and my daughter loved the class!
