Although I’m new to kid strong my son really enjoyed his experience and can’t wait to go back. I like being able to be close to him while he’s doing his class and how the coaches interact with the parents as well as the kids.

We had our first 4-5yo session on Sunday.This age group does not have parent participation but I feel it would benefit the class/kids if there was one adult/parent at each station keeping the kids on track.

My love the environment, the coaches are great and pay attention to all the students. My son has been making progress coming out of his shell. I absolutely love the program.

Prior to the trial, my husband and I were unsure of signing up for the class. We didn’t plan on making a decision the same day of the trial, but the class was so fun and kept our daughter engaged and focused the entire time. We decided to sign up immediately. The coaches all stayed so attentive to the kids.

I can see how my kids are developing life skills such as confidence and perseverance, along with physical capabilities like core strength. They love the classes and always want more.
