clean place, very nice stuff. kids have fun

It’s really hard to find places where everyone love their job and they all take pride in their work but KidStrong Katy is that place. Each coach really takes time to build a rapport with both parents and kids. You can also tell that each coach is also dedicated to personal growth and open to feedback to help them improve as well, not just them instructing the kids. You can tell the coaches are really dedicated to team building which includes the coaches, kids and parents.

The app to reschedule is a bit glitchy. Communication is very strong and the coaches are super responsive. My son has anxiety, they do an amazing job with him!

The coaches/staff really make this place special. They take pride in providing quality customer service to parents, but you can tell they also genuinely care about the kids and families. KidStrong Katy feels like a family *because* of the coaches/staff.

I like the energy of the place, and I can tell all the kids love to go there. My child enjoys it, and has been doing it since he’s been 5 years old. He started out at another center, and when he moved to Katy, it was a little shaky at first, but it had just opened. It’s definitely come a long way since then.
