The experience is amazing. Kenzi loves going to her classes. I have seen an improvement with her confidence and motor skills too. Great program and a must have for all kids.

I took my 3 year old to her first class & we both fell in love immediately! The class was challenging in an age-appropriate way, the coaches we so kind & energetic, the equipment was used creatively, & we love the affirmations, especially when spoken by the class leader at the beginning & end of class. After class, my daughter was saying she wanted to come back again "tomorrow!" I'd give TEN stars if possible!

We love that Anthony gets engaged and better at following instructions from the coaches. His confidence is surely boosted and he is eager to work hard and advance to the next level! He loves coming back every week to greet ALL the coaches by names lol

We absolutely love everything about KidStrong, the coaches are very knowledgeable, the place is squeaky clean and each class we attend my son shows more improvement and has developed many new skills that we see him using in real life scenarios.
