Great program for kids to learn how to focus on workouts and listening to coaches

The people that we met were very friendly and I like what they are all about. I found out about kid strong strolling on tiktok and heard very good things about y'all so I decided to try it out and they were not wrong I love it and my daughter loves it and can't wait to see what it brings the journey that we will be on with y'all

My son absolutely loves this place! The coaches are great and so patient! The workouts change every week! Also, we have accidentally missed the class and they are very understanding and cooperative with giving credit towards another class!

The coaches are very involved and so helpful! My child is very shy and needs a lot of encouragement to engage and participate, and all of the coaches have been amazing at taking the time to reach out to her and include her!

I love Kid Strong. It's a unique and excellent place for children's overall development. I recommend it one hundred percent. The staff is very professional, the instructor is wonderful, and the children have a lot of fun.
