My son Lucas has only done the trial class but he loved it so much so I didn’t hesitate to get him a membership. Love how the coaches were so supportive and patient with him. I could tell they enjoyed coaching the kids. The staff has been so sweet and helpful with all the questions I have had. Can’t wait for him to fully start !

KidStrong is a great place for kids to learn confidence and teamwork. The gym is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which makes it feel safe and welcoming. The coaches are upbeat and truly engaged, they do a great job encouraging kids to support each other, build leadership skills, and celebrate progress together.

My son is autistic and very picky about going places. I’ve tried putting him in different things and this is the first time he asks to go back to the class. All the coaches are amazing and have a lot of no patience dealing with the kids.

Wonderful program that is very detailed and kid friendly for strength and confidence building. Love the inclusivity of special needs population!
