Love it

My kids enjoy every time they go to kidstrong classes. For them is a great space to improve their fisical skills and coordination. For me as a parent is priceless seeing them so motivated.

The coaches are very energetic and do a great job keeping the kids engaged and motivated. They make the kids feel included and that they belong there. They also make the parents participate and cheer the kids on. The kids not only work on physical activities but also teamwork, expressing themselves, and public speaking which is great.

My daughter really enjoys it and i see a competitive and sporty side i haven't seen before. Nice exercises that make then stronger

I was really amazed as to the quality time the coach invested into each participant. They were very empowering and often observed to have provided reinforcement and support to each child. Great work and highly recommend!

I do believe this heavy type (pushing/pulling/jumping) of workout and balance exercises is very beneficial for kids overall. Especially, those kids who are sensory seekers. The location is well equipped and whom ever designed the program thought of every detail- Incorporating the interactive games while changing set up; including parent participation; the poster and stickers for use at home. I’m very impressed!

My daughter is always excited ro come to class. She loves every coach that works there. She looks forward to going every week to work hard and play.

The staff is very friendly and have a lot of patience with the kids. The staff is smiling as soon as you walk in and make the kids feel welcome.

The coaches are incredible. They are so good with the kids and find ways to make each class fun and interesting. The classes are well designed so each class feels new and exciting. My daughter has grown so much and is so much more confident than when she started. She looks forward to her weekly class and has never missed one! We are on a streak! Thank you KidStrong Kendall, you really have something special going on!
