Because they are training kids for real life struggles and challenges. We loved the healthy environment in which they get to explore their own abilities, strength and weakness and lastly because each is celebrating for whom they are individually and as a team.

I like that they incorporated the exercises to be fun while also helping to build stamina, strength, balance and physicality plus having brain boosters in between made it very well rounded. My daughter enjoyed her first day so we signed up right after. The coaches Matthew and Kristy were fantastic with the kids, great place!

We love all experiences!! Everything is clean, class starts on time!! The environment is amazing!!

Focus on the well-

I really have not much to complain about as long as things are in order and my son enjoys it and is happy getting his exercises for mental, social and lastly physical.

Richie and I love all of the coaches. He’s come out of his shell in every way since starting. He’s more confident, social, likes to lead/coach the other kids. He’s going through the obstacle courses with bravery, he’s communicating with the kids and coaches, saying his name, identifying shapes, colors, patterns, animals through their education portion of the class. We are very happy at Kidstrong and highly recommend it. I only wish the classes were much longer and that the parents didn’t have to be so involved during class; his age group is 2-3.

My son did well in the class. He normally needs a lot of prompting but responded well to directions
