The classes are structured great, the app is very user friendly, the coaches are energetic and very professional. My son looks forward to all his classes, his stickers, shirts & the change in him since starting KidStrong is noticeable! I wish he had started earlier!

So far my son has fun but he is also trying new things that would strengthen him physically. He also has a hard time following instructions and it seems that the coaches redirected him successfully when he lost track

KidStrong has been amazing for my son!Since joining, I’ve noticed such a big improvement in his ability to move confidently and control his body. His colors and numbers have also gotten so much better, it’s like everything is clicking for him!He has always been an independent and social kid, but KidStrong has really encouraged and strengthened those qualities. The coaches are supportive, motivating, and truly care about each child’s growth.I’m so grateful for how much KidStrong has helped him continue to grow, learn, and shine. Highly recommend!
