Our daughter was not much into organized sports or regular physical activity. That changed after she visited KidStrong Kenwood for the very first time! She absolutely loves it and attends every week. She was so excited to get her Alpha last week! She is now ready to pursue Titan and looking forward to other special events at KidStrong. I think the coaches are great and it combines different activities and skills. Our class does tend to get crowded, which sometimes impacts the kids being able to do the exercises.

Kids have fun in class. Class is well run and the teachers really seem to be into coaching the kids.

Friendly stuff, very clean. I think kids sometimes over power the coaches sometimes. This is 7-9 years old kids. The member app, either it’s me or the app needs some work. This is a great program for the kids. Thank you KidStrong.
