Everything about the program is outstanding… The coaches know exactly how to work with kids from all backgrounds and communication styles, which is what is probably most impressive to us.

I have noticed a significant improvement in my son’s (2 years 4 months) ability to follow directions and follow the tasks! The staff is awesome and my son loves kidstrong so much!!

Staff are wonderful at engaging the children, working to advance their skill and their confidence while making it fun. The space is clean and well kept

One of the biggest things I noticed was the positive change in Eli’s confidence!! The exercises are challenging, but they’re also a lot of fun for the kids. Eli gets very excited to push himself and to do the best he can. They do a great job teaching perseverance, strength, teamwork, healthy competition, handling losses, and always giving their best effort. Coach C is especially gifted at connecting with each child individually. She knows how to teach them in a way they understand and when to encourage them to push a little harder. I also appreciate how attentive all of the coaches are to proper technique, they consistently correct the kids when something is being done incorrectly, which helps them learn and improve. All the coaches communicate with kindness, authority, and clear direction. I also love when they incorporate social questions and games, encouraging the kids to step outside their comfort zones, think about others, and practice interacting with the people around them.

My son loves KidStrong. All the coaches are great and welcoming. It has made him more confident!

My toddler has become more confident and has learned to move his body in various ways. He’s truly grown since his first class. I’m thankful and consider KidStrong a part of my child’s village. I can’t wait for my infant to join!
