KidStrong is such a fun place to go for kids! It helps with strength, coordination, exercise, self confidence, and a positive attitude. The coaches and staff are all so fun and friendly which makes it a great experience!

The coaches are very friendly and make my son and us feel comfortable and noticed. Brooks always has a great experience every week and we have see improvements in his daily life since taking classes. He is more confident, coordinated and brave.

We have had a great experience at Kidstrong!! They have been welcoming and easy to communicate with!! Little Man asks all week long if it is time to go to his class. It has been a wonderful way for him to learn, grow, and get some energy out!!
