As a youth working who specifically work with youth with complex needs, program like this would have benefit a lot of youth along with build confidence, leadership skills and social skills. My child is learning so much and what he is learning is something we carry into his everyday life of practice.

Staff friendly and the program for my child is great

It's a great place to keep kids active and entertained!

For the price it would be great if the class was 1 hr considering they take quite a few breaks

Kidstrong has become my family.

My child loved it however when pregnant hard to carry her around and lift her up for monkey bars

My son loves the experience and it's a great way for him to let out some energy and run around. My one complaint is that some of the coaches lack enthusiasm and seem bored. I wish everyone held themselves to the same standard of providing a fun, motivating and enthusiastic experience for the kids. Some of the coaches could definitely be more motivating which I think would keep the kids more engaged, encourage them to follow directions more, as well as boost their confidence.
