My daughter absolutely loves the coaches and the activities in each class. I have seen a major improvement in her balance and overall ability to complete the class activities. She asks us all week long when it’s time to go back to KidStrong.

Mynson has been at KidStrong for about a month now and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The coaches are amazing, patient, encouraging, and great with kids. The classes are fun, engaging, and well organized. Customer service is excellent as well; friendly, helpful, and always responsive. Highly recommend!

Great program that keeps the kids involved and active!

My daughter has improved her motor skills since she joined. This gym has been so good to us we planed her second birthday there. Big thanks to Coach K, Coach M and May!We look forward to her birthday party next week!

Mason has a great time and he enjoys being active so this is a good activity for him. The only downside is he has been feeling down lately because he rarely wins awards. He has been asking why he never wins anything and I think this can sometimes discourage the kids and make them feel like giving up rather than persevering. I understand the purpose of the awards is to recognize good behaviour and achievements, however kids this young do not necessarily understand this concept. Mason is hyper and easily distracted and doesn’t always follow direction, but he tries and puts forth an effort to do most tasks. It would be nice to see more inclusivity in the awards so that kids don’t feel left out or unrecognized.
