Mikey is a very shy individual and at the beginning he clung to my leg and really did not want to interact, but each class is improved and he participates now in about 80% of the class and this is all due to the great coaching and motivation and encouragement that they give Mikey in order for him to feel more confident And that is showing in each class

Since day one my child has felt included and welcomed to KidStrong. All the coaches and staff knew his name on day 2 and are great with kids.

We’ve only attended one class so far, it was easy to register. Everyone was very welcoming when we attended, and the flexibility with class scheduling is definite helpful. It was a little chaotic as we were not sure what to expect but the cognitive skills and core strengthening we saw, I’m excited to see my son succeed in life.

My son loves coming and I think the programming is excellent for the value. What a nice, active break in his week!

My son doesn't speak English, and the coaches take the time to show him how to do the exercises so that he can succeed and not feel left out. He loves Kidstrong.

Everything was great.I would say that there’s too much “down time” when setting up the the stations and that overall the cost is too much.

Kids strong gave my child the confidence she needed to open up !
