Our first visit for Skylynn, everyone was so kind and helpful, and I love the program set-up, which is what Skylynn needs. He really enjoyed himself as well and begged me to sign him up, not knowing that I had already taken care of everything.

The most important thing for me is that my daughter enjoys the classes so much. She is 2-3 so the attention span is all over the place, most of the time, but the coaches do a wonderful job on helping her stay focused on the next task. The next big thing for me is the staff interaction. All the coaches that we've had for the classes have been amazing, especially trying to round up kiddos! The facility is always so clean. All around I highly recommend KidStrong! Wonderful class, amazing staff, and clean facility!

App is easy to use. Center very clean. Staff super friendly. Programming is great, wholistic, and uplifting to kids. Only small critique with coaches is they could do better slowing down slightly and helping kids with form of exercises/workouts, especially any lifting and core work. I cringe every time I see one of the kids over extending their knees, not keeping back straight, locking core, etc. and the coaches rarely stop to correct the bad posture or form and never explain the “why” of any particular movement or exercise. This might only be necessary for older kids groups.
