My kiddo really loves coming here! I do wish the coaches names & pictures were available on the app or a “get to know page” so I can remember them and call them out individually for being so awesome!

The kids loved the structure of the activities and the team work aspect was fun to watch. I love the aspiration and time spent encouraging them. 💗

Signing up for KidStrong Knoxville is hands down one of best family decisions we have ever made! The staff is incredible, the classes are great, and everyone is so positive and uplifting! We’ve been going every week for almost 6 months with our 2 year old boy and he absolutely loves it every week! We had his 2nd birthday party at KidStrong just 3 weeks after having our second baby, and the staff could not have been more amazing and helpful! 10/10 recommend KidStrong Knoxville to any parent!!

Coaches are interactive, helpful, and supportive. They are helping Eli excel in ways we did not even know were possible!

Sometimes the mats look a bit dirty so cleaning more frequently would be beneficial!
