My little grandson Jackson and I have been coming to KidStrong since the Knoxville location opened. In June. He just turned 2, and he has gained so much strength and confidence since then! The coaches have all been great, and the facility is always clean and welcoming.

Very impressed so far with the programming and philosophy of the center. My little boy had a blast and despite his (very!) high amount of energy entering his first class, the coaches were able to involve him in the lesson.

The class was great. Our kid got some exercise, was encouraged by the instructors, and received some practical life advice. The instructor was clear and direct.
