The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. My son looks forward to his class every week!

The staff/coaches at KidStrong Knoxville have always been professional, patient and knowledgeable during our classes. The facility is always clean and the environment is welcoming. The structured classes help little ones know what to expect week to week. There is a good mix of active time and break/exploratory time so the little ones don't become overwhelmed or frustrated. I look forward to our weekly classes and have seen Jackson's strength and confidence grow during our time there so far!

We could not be more thankful for this program for Hudson. The ENTIRE coaching staff that we’ve come into contact with genuinely care about each kid & parent that walks through that door. We’ve watched this program completely break Hudson’s shell. His confidence in himself has grown tremendously, and we truthfully believe it’s KidStrong to thank for that! ❤️

Nadiyyah really enjoyed herself. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The other parents were friendly.

It was a great use of our time, it truly was a workout for my kid and myself lol, and I appreciated the coaches for always keeping things fun and moving so the kids stayed engaged. I definitely feel like we get our moneys worth and I can see the value - the listening skills, the teamwork, the coordination - it’s all being built here.

Great facility and especially good for children who need focus on physical strength and exercise while working on building their confidence, listening skills, follow through and team building skills.
