My son, who is on the autism spectrum, has absolutely thrived there not only in his physical ability but also in his self confidence. In addition to his improved development, he really has a lot of fun too and loves all of their coaches. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend.

It is the best decision we took for our special need daughter. She is developing more strong with confidence everyday. It is like an alternative therapy session for her. When she climbs you can see kidstrong mental fitness in her determination 💪. Kudos Kidstrong for coming to Knoxville.

The coaches were awesome!! Debating signing up, I know it takes time to get used to but the loud music seemed a bit overwhelming. The actual class and coaches and activities were awesome and I saw some kids in there that looked like absolute champions

Just an overall great experience for my almost 3-year-old! He had such a good time moving his body, getting energy out, and gaining confidence in just the 45 minutes we were there. We also loved that they included math and other ways to exercise their brain!

My only issue is when I email in it can take a while to get a response. I needed to pause my son’s membership and it took two emails before someone reached out. I was on the verge of canceling the membership instead but my son adores KidStrong so I’m trying to be understanding.

Our children have grown in ability, confidence, capability and independence since starting KidStrong. They are eager to participate and to challenge themselves to grow. The programming not only engages them physically but it also touches development of skills that may be lacking with less outdoor play. It also grows executive function, teamwork and leadership.
