It's awesome in every aspect but Coach Charlotte is the best!

Signing up for KidStrong Knoxville is hands down one of best family decisions we have ever made! The staff is incredible, the classes are great, and everyone is so positive and uplifting! We’ve been going every week for almost 6 months with our 2 year old boy and he absolutely loves it every week! We had his 2nd birthday party at KidStrong just 3 weeks after having our second baby, and the staff could not have been more amazing and helpful! 10/10 recommend KidStrong Knoxville to any parent!!

Coaches are interactive, helpful, and supportive. They are helping Eli excel in ways we did not even know were possible!

Sometimes the mats look a bit dirty so cleaning more frequently would be beneficial!

It is such a fun and engaging environment. My child not only is learning physical skills, he is learning emotional and social skills too. His courage and self esteem has risen tremendously in just a few months.

My son absolutely loved his trial class so much we started a membership that night! The staff is so warm and welcome. I highly recommend KidStrong. He can’t wait for his next class!

I appreciate the coaching and the quality overall of the classes. I do wish there was 1 extra person when the classes are larger. I would really like to see the coaches help with technique during the push ups and all those types of exercises. It is difficult with a large class and lots of stations going on! But I do think my kid enjoys the class very much!

The coaches are phenomenal and really show passion in their work with the children. The program is fantastic and our son really looks forward to going to Kidstrong every week. We drive 45miles from our home to take him each week. We do wish we had a Kidstrong more local to us. Hamblen county could really use a Kidstrong and I know it would do really well.
