Kidstrong has quickly become one of our child’s most exciting thing to do every week. He loves being with friends and I believe Kidstrong is helping his confidence. Our son is doing things he has never before attempted. It is a perfect way to expel all that built up energy. The coaches are fun and inclusive. They gently motivate our son to not give up on something if he can’t quite get it/is scared but respect his feelings if he is persistent. I cannot wait to get our twins into Kidstrong!

My daughter loves coming to class every week. It’s a great activity for her and allows her to get some of her energy out in a fun and safe environment.
